As if I didn't post enough pictures on my last post, here are two more that I meant to post and forgot.
1st pic of Kona: We often try and go pick up Kona from my parents' house to spend time with him because he is the middle child of the family of dogs, and I don't care what anyone says- he is simply overlooked all the time. The youngest one, a spoiled doofus of a Boxer named Lola, tries to steal Kona's thunder all day long! Since she joined the family, he is no longer allowed to roam leash-free on walks, fetch his morning paper, or swim whenever he wants. I feel that his rights have been violated so I try and give him special attention, and pick him up to take him on hikes. Brian sneaks him extra goodies under the table during dinner, and now Kona has become accustomed to popping a squat immediately next to Brian's chair whenever we eat over there. This is a picture featuring a happy Kona who got to go hiking at Papago Park with us :0)
2nd pic is of Brian's beloved motorbike, the Kawasaki. B spends endless hours in the garage whispering sweet nothings and buying her gear to make her sparkle and speed faster than anyone on the track. This little beauty provides Brian more exhilaration -and me more ulcers- than I can explain in words. Since it was such a beautiful day, he took it up the hill and into Kiwanis Park for its very own photo shoot. Despite him risking getting kicked out for riding his street bike in a park, we scored some pretty cool pix of the "other woman".
I'll be posting again soon, because there are birthdays-weddings-babies galore this January & Feb to report back on!!! -Sum

OMG, I think we were separated at birth. So, MY Brian has a "new" old kawasaki that I can't get him out of the garage for anything lately either! It's a fixer upper - old 1978, but he got it running last night and wow, I'm in for some serious competition!
