I forgot to mention that after an exciting Valentine's Day group date at Peter Piper Pizza, (we got enough tickets for 4 blow-dart guns) we officially mailed in our visa applications the very next day. Each packet included two photographs of ourselves, the 4 page application with painstakingly perfect handwriting and care, and copies of every personal document we own! (a.k.a. if it gets in the wrong hands, our identities can be stolen in no time) Since we sent them to the Aussie embassy in Washington D.C., we are definitely working with our very own sucky Mcsucky government and who knows when we'll hear back. Keep your fingers and all toes crossed that we'll hear back soon, and it will be good news!! I'll update if and when we hear anything.
