We are happy to report that all our stuff is sold or claimed by friends, and now we are simply....killing time. NOT to say there aren't things to be done! No, no, no. There are places to go, tons of people to see, and food to eat with most of these people. BUT everything is cleared from our house and I am going to sell my Civic this or next week. We have begun the process of deciding which shoes and clothing make the cut to get into our luggage. Easier said than done, really. I usually just end up sitting around staring at piles of shoes and dresses while B tries to make sense of all his electronics and the hundreds of cords that come with them.All in all, it's an interesting feeling to think that your whole world filled with STUFF and your home filled with THINGS- can disappear.... and nothing really changes. Except, you have more money! It's quite refreshing to not have a lot to worry about, and travel light. Nevermind how hard we've worked to accumulate this stuff, but the point is that we can let go of things we own, start fresh, but still have a sense of home and family. All without crap. For now....until we find the Aussie version of TARGET! (MWAHAHAHAHA)

Summer - call me! I will be here for three more weeks and then we are off the mainland for 5 weeks! When you return from Alaska let's try to see each other one more time. Since you have a new phone number call me.
