No News, Just More Pics.

I'm just sitting at my desk eating the wonderful lunch that Summer prepared for me, and I thought I'd throw some more of our amazing pictures at you. While I finish my rice-paper spring rolls with peanut sauce, enjoy the following plethora of visual stimulus.

Cheers!

Australia Day Celebrations
This was likely the most cultural Australia Day on the whole continent. Irishmen, Yanks, Kiwis and Aussies united for pool volleyball and the obligatory beverage consumption.

Dirtbiking Gatton
Gatton was a bit more reminscent of home, with hard soil and large jagged rocks. I found a small hill climb or two and played around with suspension settings. I've convinced the rear end of the bike not to stray into ruts, but the front end still feels a bit dodgy on the hard surfaces (Understeer).

The Springs 4WD Park
This park is only about 2 scenic hours away from home, and for your $20 entrance fee you will get rescued from any scary situations you may find. The owner of the park is an extremely nice and helpful guy, and he even took me out on a "guided tour" so I could attempt trails otherwise off-limits. I was extremely impressed with what my Hilux could accomplish, and can't wait until I upgrade with fun stuff like locking diffs, bull bars and winches! I had so much fun that I returned to the park later that week to scare the be-jeezus out of Summer, but at least we saw some friendly Roos. Be sure to check out the full gallery at http://picasaweb.google.com/bkozan to see BOTH 4WD albums!

Hahaha! Yes boys and girls- that is an example of a daily delicious AND nutritious lunch that gets prepared by yours truly. If I didn't take charge, B would spend hideous amounts of money on food with no fruits or veg content. We know how to live during a recession too, you know! ;)
